Survivors Reunite is dedicated to fighting domestic
violence through the laws. We as survivors and our
supporters, who are committed to seeing an end to
abuse. Too often, we hear from survivors who share
their stories that the enacted laws do little to protect
survivors. Many of them have found themselves
victimized once again by the legal system, the courts
and law enforcement agencies. As a result, individuals
have joined forces to take a stance against domestic
violence through changing the laws. In a grassroots,
nationwide effort, our volunteer members are working
in every state to change the legislation that affects
domestic violence and it's survivors.

Survivors Reunite is dedicated to making a
difference in the lives of those who are affected by
abuse. We advocate for legislation that will protect
and empower all survivors, whether they still remain
in or have left the abusive relationship.

Mission
Survivors Reunite
(MISSION IN WORKING PROGRESS)
As you can see, this is an on going mission in working progress. This will not happen over
night, but in time will succeed! Everything is in moving progress and will keep moving along
with everyone's devotion and driven attitudes to fight back against Domestic Violence and
make a difference in help ending Domestic Violence. We come in numbers and we need to
network, communicate to find them! One step at a time. Communication is key especially to do
everything legally! Together we will stand up, make our voices heard and make a difference
for everyone!

(HOW IT IS GOING TO WORK/ OPERATE)
The Web site is key since it will be our way to communicate with all the leader from all 50
states that are all fighting for the same laws we have all come together and shared. Then from
there it is key to communicate with our head board leaders form our states. To make sure we
are all on the same page legally and doing our prep work the right way before starting any
ballots, petition, legislation, and speaking out. Positions roles are needed for where each
Head Leader's stands in each state. It is key for communication. We have certain
responsibilities and roles for different leaders in each state to take apart of to be able to
operate functionally and stay organize. So our organization can run smoothly. (Please read
Leaders').

The (Survivors Reunite) Official Web Site is already here making a difference and easy for the
public nationwide to get involved and help make a difference. By supporting, printing out and
signing petition to help support our legislation, going to our rallies to gather voters signatures
for the ballot, also to help with our fund raisers and donations.

The web site is where we will send the public to be able to click and view the State they live in
and view Pending status of Legislation, Ballots and Petition to support our Legislation. Along
with the ones that have passed or not passed. Along with viewing hearing on bills to be able to
be there to support the new law. Be able to view events, rallies, sponsors', head leaders',
resources, education on DV, purchase domestic violence awareness merchandise to help
support Survivors Reunite, donations and learn how to get involved.

There is going to be a print out forums section where the public can print out our legislation
and forums that has the very same legislation new law information on it for the public to be
able to Legally sign, date, address and put there phone number on, swearing they Herby live
in that county and have read the legislation and support it 100% also, they can  have others fill
it out and write there own personal letters supporting it. By mailing back to the main mailing
address for there Head State Leader of Survivors Reunite in there state. There will be a
contact information, about us, and how they can help and be apart of (Survivors reunite) in
there state.

We work hard and will be in the public passing out the same print outs off the official Survivors
Reunite website on the legislation along with the forums for the public to fill out and sign. Then
for the public to mail back to main mailing address on top of each forum. Or send the public to
our web site to be able to Print Out.

We need to be able to get permission from any where that will let us do what we need to do to
get out our petition and ballot signature and be able to leave flyer's and events with all of our
organization information on it. It's going to take a lot of leg work, time and patience to be able
to think of every way to get our voices heard. In the end it will be worth it, knowing the many
lives we have transformed through awareness, education and legislation.

We need to be able to go speak with other Domestic Violence nonprofit organizations, women
shelters, police stations, DV events in our towns, Victims advocates, courts, library's, colleges,
churches, media, new papers, networking, any where to advertise and will let us legally and to
help raise money for our cause.

(WHEN TIMES COMES TO SUBMIT LEGISLATORS AND BALLOT!)
Here is where it is VERY KEY, once the HEAD STATE LEADER, receives all copies of mailed
in signatures for our petition for supporting that very certain legislation. The head State Leader
will then with the donation funding, Make copies of every single petition forums with signatures
and letters supporting our legislation and make copies for each County Head Leader and
State records. Then with hope for every single Head County Leader will all at the SAME TIME
SUBMIT the LEGISLATOR with all the copies of petition signatures and letter supporting our
legislation provided from the Head State Leader to our county's STATE REPRESENTATIVE
AND STATE SENATE.

This is with all the proven back up to support our legislation from other people who live in that
county that want our legislation to become LAW. There should be no good reason why the
State representative/ State senate would not want to submit the legislation into a new bill. With
so many of the local residents all ready supporting it. In hopes of each individuals and state
workers would seriously consider fighting for our legislation with enough citizens supporting it
all the way!

Our mission and goal is to have every single State Representative and State Senate ( TO ALL
FIGHT FOR THE SAME BILL) at the same time, This will give us a lot more of a chance to get
it to pass in to a new law! Along with letting the public know when the hearings take place to
help come speak along with us in supporting the new law or law change.

If that fails, It is time to take it to the BALLOT and let the people of our state make it into a new
law. If it fails, we keep at it till the day it gets pass through the voting ballot and becomes a
law! Survivors Reunite believes in fighting for a better and safer future for our future
generations to come. It starts with us and everyone of you to make a big impact on helping to
end domestic violence by fighting back through the laws and awareness!

It's Key to do our research and know the laws and especially under victims rights. You will
come across of a lot of victims that remain silence for  safety or what ever reason and would
want you to be able to speak and make there voices be heard for them with out giving them
away personally.

Everyone who choose to be a volunteer leader is fully responsible for there own actions and
safety and to others. There is always a risk when taking on speaking out in the public in
making LAW change. It's politics and there may be people that will try to discourage you in any
way to keep you from making a difference and fighting for what is right.

BELIEVE IN YOUR SELF! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE WHEN WE ALL COME TOGETHER!
FIGHT FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IS RIGHT! MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND SAVE LIVES! IT
ONLY TAKES ONE!
